• Frankincense Essential Oil

Rich, mystical, and steeped in ancient tradition- Frankincense was one of the first plant extracts to be distilled and widely used for therapeutic purposes.  Frankincense is generally described as citrusy, with a deep woody undertone.

Frankincense is well known to be used in religious ceremonies and is associated with a sense of enlightenment and clarity.

Indian Frankincense is often used to ease nervousness, anxiousness, and low spirits. Many massage therapists use it on their aching joints after a long day of using them. This follows the tradition of Ayurvedic medicine where Indian Frankincense has been used for hundreds of years for bodily aches and pains as well as purifying the air from undesirable germs.
